Neighborhood Stabilization

In an effort to promote financial stability the Neighborhood Stabilization Program works to assist families within our New Neighborhood communities by providing short-term monthly rental assistance, financial literacy workshops, career improvement opportunities, and a 3 monthly woman’s mentorship program (Woman University).

The program focuses on families within the New Neighborhood Community Partnership that have missed rent payments and haven’t been evicted within the last 12 months.

Program Structure

The program is structured to be completed in 3 – 6 months in the order listed below. Upon completion, a group graduation will be hosted to celebrate a new phase in financial success.

  3. Certified Credential

Requirements

Applicant must not be evicted over the past 12 months and must have a referral from the Community Manager.
