Boxing & Wrestling

In partnership with Rocky King Promotions BWA DangerZone, Hearts to Nourish Hope is able to offer boxing and wrestling classes to the community. Students will learn the essentials of sparing and proper technique when entering the ring.

Each class is guided by trained professionals, reinforcing physical techniques as well as mental aptitude and stamina.
