Basic Maintenance

The Basic Maintenance program was created to enable students to learn marketable skills within the service industry. With a focus on basic lodging maintenance our program spans over 8 weeks were students learn the importance of customer service and hard skills used within the maintenance field. Through in class and hands on instruction, students learn proper measurement articulation, basic electrical wiring, plumbing and customer relation skills. Upon completion of the course, students receive a basic maintenance certification with the American Lodging Institute.
